The Brief

A private call to map intention, calendar and constraints. Nothing is searched until we know exactly what you are searching for.

The Shortlist

Within a week, we return with three to five residences — half of which are off-market and unseen on any public portal.

03Step / 06

The Visit

Discreet, accompanied viewings. Mornings for villas, late afternoons for terraces. No competing agents in the room.

04Step / 06

The Offer

We negotiate price, conditions and timing on your behalf — usually two to three measured rounds before agreement.

05Step / 06

The Deed

Aurelia coordinates notary, bank, lawyers and architect. You sign once, in one room. We attend everything else.

The House

We do not sell houses.
We place lives.

Aurelia Estates was founded in 2011 by a small group of architects, lawyers and long-time residents of the Costa del Sol — united by one frustration: that the most beautiful homes on the coast were being sold like commodities.

Today, we represent fewer than fourteen residences at a time. Each is documented in person, photographed in natural light, and offered only to clients we have met in conversation. It is the slowest way to sell real estate. It is also, we believe, the only honest one.
